About Coexist
Help wildlife thrive in a world increasingly shaped by humans.
The Problem
Development decisions shape whether wildlife can move, find habitat, and survive. Environmental information is usually scattered across different maps and reports, and by the time someone pulls it all together, the project has already moved past the point where it's easy to change course.
Our Approach
We're building one workflow that brings wildlife, habitat, infrastructure, and environmental data together so the people planning a project can catch potential problems earlier, while there's still room to do something about them.
Our Vision
We want wildlife to be part of the conversation from day one of a project, not an afterthought raised once the design is already locked in.
Founder Story
I started Coexist because I kept noticing the same thing: animals get hurt by roads and development all the time, and the people actually making planning decisions rarely have an easy way to see that coming. There's no shortage of environmental data out there. It's just spread across too many places for anyone to piece together in time. Coexist is my attempt to fix that, one pilot community at a time.

Current Stage
We're still early. Right now that means a local pilot, conversations with people who actually do this work for a living, and a lot of prototype testing.
Contact and Collaboration
If you're a planner, environmental consultant, engineer, ecologist, researcher, or you work for a municipality or conservation group, I'd genuinely like to hear from you. This is the stage where your input can still shape what we build.
Our approach
Environmental context, brought into one workflow.
Coexist Explorer maps wildlife activity, habitat, and infrastructure conflicts across Long Island. It's live today, starting with real data from our Port Washington pilot.
Project Analysis, our flagship product, takes it further by analyzing proposed infrastructure projects and helping teams spot wildlife conflicts before construction ever begins.
